The Gold Coast Driver's Seat experience ("Contest") is open to invited guests of the Gold Coast Tech F1 Miami Grand Prix Paddock Club activation, May 1–3, 2026. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. VIP guests and minors may participate in the racing experience but are not eligible for the contest prize.
Eligible guests may enter by completing a timed lap on one of the racing simulator pods at the Gold Coast Driver's Seat activation. Each guest may race multiple times during the event. Only the guest's fastest lap time will be used for contest standings.
The Contest begins on May 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET and ends on May 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET ("Contest Period"). Lap times recorded outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
The guest with the fastest timed lap across all three days of the Contest Period will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the guest who recorded the fastest time earliest will be declared the winner.
The winner will receive a prize to be determined and announced by Gold Coast Tech. The approximate retail value of the prize will be disclosed at the time of the announcement. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Gold Coast Tech.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during registration (SMS and/or email) within 5 business days of the Contest Period ending. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating, guests consent to the collection and use of their name, company, lap time, and race video for contest administration, leaderboard display, and personalized share pages. Contact information (email, phone) is used solely for contest notifications and will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Race videos may be recorded during the experience. By participating, guests consent to the recording and publication of their race video on their personalized share page. Guests may share their video and results at their discretion. Gold Coast Tech reserves the right to use race footage and participant names for promotional purposes.
By participating, guests agree to release and hold harmless Gold Coast Tech, its affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the racing simulator equipment.
